January 17 & Finals Day

  • Design Document Due Today!
  • Work on your game development (Keep it simple!)
  • Games Dues halfway through finals day
  • Requirements: 
    • Game Design Doc
    • Find Resources
    • Code
    • Debug
    • Modify
    • Don't copy the tutorials. Make something different. 2 class periods.
    • Include the following
      • title screen
      • congratulations screen
      • two levels (or possibly one room with increasing difficulty) 
      • use inheritance on 2 child objects
      • graphics and sound
        • either copyright free or an attribute screen
        • background music
        • two addition sounds

  • Check Mother Of Perl against rubric & submit your game (DUE TODAY)
  • Play other people's games
  • Final project options
    • Add on to exiting game from project 1
    • Make a new game solo
    • Make a new game with a partner of your choice
    • Make a new game with a partner I match you with
  • Step: 
    • Design document
    • Find Resources
    • Code
    • Debug
    • Modify
