I teach engineering, computer science, robotics, game design, geometry, and web design classes at Tualatin High School. I have a great job and get to work with amazing students and teachers. I am also the faculty advisor for our FRC robotics team: Tualatin Robotics.
I also teach Saturday Academy classes over the summer and have taught technology education classes for TechStart.
I have two children. My daughter is a sophomore at New York University and my son is a sophomore in high school.
I graduated from Boston University with a degree in computer engineering. I've worked as a design engineer for Evans & Sutherland Computer Corporation and as a senior design engineer for Intel Corporation. I received my teaching certification from Portland State University in 2003 and have been teaching at TuHS ever since. Last year, I completed my Initial Administrative program at Portland State.
